Introduction
Deepak Nanda qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1977. He is a Gold Medalist and won awards, scholarships for standing second in India in Inter and Final CA exams. He stood first in School and second in B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
Deepak also worked for Price Waterhouse, CA firm for seven years in India and Australia.
Deepak spent Eleven (11) years overseas in New York, London and Sydney etc.
Deepak Nanda has been a Banker and Investment Banker since 1984. He has worked with Citibank in India and overseas, BNP Paribas and various Local and Foreign Investment Banks. He is currently Chairman and MD of Knightsbridge Financial Services Pvt. Ltd, Pune, a Boutique Investment Bank, which raises Equity and Debt for Corporate Clients. It also is involved in Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures.

Deepak Nanda has raised USD Six (6) Billion (approximately Rs 32,500 Crores at current exchange rates) in Equity and Debt for clients. He has raised Private Equity, done IPOs, GDRs and raised FCCBs and raised most forms of Equity and Quasi Equity. He has also raised foreign currency and Local currency debt for clients.
Deepak has raised debt funds for complex Aircraft Financing deals, Sovereign debt for Governments, done complex foreign currency structured Finance deals.
Deepak Nanda also helps in Mergers and Acquisitions, joint venture tie-ups and plays a financial advisory role for mid sized Corporates. He has also helped in restructuring debt for clients, turned around Loss making Companies into profitable ventures etc.
He has lived in Bombay, N Delhi, Calcutta, and Bangalore. He is currently based in Pune and is an advisor to the school with a mission to see the school rise to fame and glory.
