Karate achievement ~ Champion from PYP4

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in, day out.

In the month of December, our Karate Kid Nayraan Sharma from PYP 4C has won remarkable accolade in KATA martial art. Kata is a Japanese word describing detailed patterns of movements practised either solo or in pairs. It’s an exercise consisting of several of the specific movements of a martial art, especially a pattern prescribed for defending oneself against several attackers, used in judo and karate training.
Our kata champion Nayraan has won a bronze medal in Kata karate championship organized by International Shotokan Karate Do Organization. The tournament proved to be very helpful for the students for future Karate career. Today, we share, therefore, our greatest regards and congratulate Nayraan Sharma and his proud parents for his hardship and successful beginning in martial arts.

Our President Sir Robbin Ghosh always preaches to students, to remember three things:

  • First ~ Don’t tell lies, hold on to truth
  • Second ~ Always trust and believe in the supreme power, which is within you around you, to help you achieve absolutely anything, including your dreams.
  • Third ~ Believe in God

Persistence can change failure into extra ordinary achievement. The guidance for performance and achieving excellence are:

  • Purity
  • Perseverance
  • Patience
