Taekwondo Champ – Chehika Agarwal
The essence of Vedanta, as handed down to the children of Victorious Kidss, are that:
- All power is within you.
- Education is the manifestation of that perfection from within.
- We need to encourage our children to become, metaphorically speaking, “Lions & Tigers”.
That the true strength is within the soul and spirit, not in muscles.
Chehika Agarwal from PYP 1C showed her talent in under 26 weight category, at the “National Taekwondo Championship 2020“. Taekwondo is a combative sport and our champion Chehika got interested in, developed skills, fought and won a prestigious silver medal from a total of 160 participants. Learning at an early age, to be cognizant of the environment, is a positive step towards self-awareness and personal strength. Taekwondo requires a healthy body and a strong mind. This is only possible when a child discovers the hidden potential from within and belief in one’s own self. At Victorious Kidss Educares, we teach, we touch lives and we make dreams come true.
Taekwondo is Korean martial art. It is an effective weaponless art of self-defense and also a competitive sport and method of maintaining all-round fitness. Taekwondo is characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. Congratulations Chehika and the proud parents, way to go!
