Teacher’s IB Training Workshop
Victorious Kidss Educares, an IB World School sees teachers as the essential building blocks for our champions’ promising future. For continuous improvement, we believe in training and upgrading our angel like teachers with professional training workshops, organized periodically. These professional development workshops are transformative experiences for educators so that they can do the same for students. Such workshops inspire critical thinking, self-reflection and lifelong learning, thereafter teachers start including more innovative and diverse education practices in the classrooms. One such professional development training session was conducted on 18th and 19th February for EYP and PYP teachers by the trained facilitators, along with heads and programme coordinators.
