Kusai Goawala, the Founder Partner of GKDJ & Associates, is a fellow member of ICAI and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1986. He has a vast exposure and an experience of more than 29 years in this profession. He has specialized in audits of listed companies, FEMA matters, Mergers and Acquisitions. He has expertise in representation before Income Tax Authorities. He has also handled structuring of transactions and financial projections of business operations.
He has delivered speeches at Study Circle Meetings and at seminars organized by Pune Branch of WIRC of ICAI on topic of Revised Schedule VI of the Companies Act, XBRL conversion, Companies Act, Black Money Bill, Tax Audit and IFRS. He has also been invited to speak on these topics by ICSI, Pune.
